Hi Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning,

 

We used your company last fall to have our AprilAire and furnace checked out.  I don’t remember the gentleman’s name but he was outstanding.  His motive was to make sure we were satisfied, that our unit was in tip top condition, and that we didn’t have to pay for anything that wasn’t necessary. 

 

Today, you sent out Rob Hoskins to check out our AC.  Rob was wonderful, and represents the outstanding customer service your company provides, and why you are a great company.  It was 91 degrees and not once didn’t did Rob complain. 

 

It turned out that the capacitor was out.  Rob didn’t have the right one, and went back to get it.  Once installed, he realized that the AC didn’t sound right when we turned the unit back on.  Rob knew that if we left that capacitor in, there would be further problems in the very near future.

 

Rob went back  a second time to get a super charging capacitor and that immediately solved the problem.  He didn’t quit on finding the right solution, but wanted to find out what was wrong and make sure I was completely satisfied, and that the unit would last another season.  What craftsmanship and customer service.

 

Kudos to you for having a guy like Rob on your team.  He is a great customer service manager (and technician).  I would highly recommend your company as being the top in your field, hands down!

Dear Jerry,

 

I really appreciate the new American Standard furnace your crew installed last month.  Your company and technicians have not only met but exceeded my expectations.  My family loves the new furnace.

 

I’m looking forward to the energy saving since this new furnace is has a 95% efficiency level, in addition to the energy tax credit I’ll be receiving.

 

I also noticed that my family & I are experiencing better heat distribution through out our home and you can barley hear the furnace when it’s operating.
